Using Google docs

Under More, select the dropdown and click documents. Once you have signed into your account, if you haven't used it before, you will just need to get started button.

The interface loads, at the moment no items have been created. To create your google document, move the cursor over to the top left hand corner and click the New dropdown menu.

From their you have the ability to create a spreadsheet, a presentation or in this case a new document. The main document will load and you can enter a title, some text, some bullet points that you wish to create and some end text.

You have the ability to open the file menu, and you can save. Under the edit menu you can cut, copy and paste. And you can insert pictures and headers and footers.

Firstly I'd like to make these 3 points bullets. You can do that using the formatting toolbar with the familiar Bold, underline and italic. I'm going to click on the bullet point list. And also for the title highlight the text and change the format to Comic Sans, change the size to 14. Once your are happy with the first part of the document, on the right hand side of the menu bar, we can Share, Save or Share and close. Save and close the file.

My first Google document is now available. To open the document, click on the title and it is open ready for editing. From the main screen You can see the title of your document, when it was last updated and by whom.
